TERMS OF SERVICE
1. GENERAL TERMS
- All commissions are digital goods and will not be shipped.
- JustAni reserves the right to refuse any commission.
- Proper reference must be provided together with your commission order.
- Deadlines must be approved by JustAni beforehand, else refused.
- JustAni has the right to use commissions for self promotions (Examples, Showcase, etc.) with provided consent from the commissioner.
- USING COMMISSIONED PRODUCTS IN ANY BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECHNOLOGY, SUCH AS (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) NFTS, CRYPTOCURRENCY, OR AI IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ANY PROOF OF THE ABOVE WILL BLACKLIST YOU FROM FUTURE COMMISSIONS.
2. PAYMENTS
- An upfront payment of the total project fee must be made in PayPal when the Sketch is complete and finalized.
- Those that filled the Whitelist form will not be asked for payment, and will hold the same process listed above.
- A small % fee may be added by PayPal, please ensure you’ve added more funds for tax.
- At this time, you cannot get a refund when the process has started. Please confirm with the artist before handling payment. Otherwise, if you wish to cancel a project, please understand that the artist cannot give a refund of the whole commission.
3. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
THE CLIENT DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REPURPOSE, REDISTRIBUTE OR EDIT ANY OF THE COMMISSIONED PRODUCTS UNLESS AN EXTENDED LICENSE OR APPROVAL HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY JUSTANI.
The Client is encouraged to credit JustAni on any platform where the commission is displayed publicly. (Social Media, etc.)
4. LICENSES
COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. THE CLIENT MAY NOT USE THE PROJECT FOR MERCHANDISE OR RESALE WITHOUT LICENSE.
THE CLIENT MAY CONTACT AND DISCUSS TO HAVE COMPLETE RIGHTS OF THE PROJECT FOR COMMERCIAL USE OR WORK OUT A ROYALTY AGREEMENT. PLEASE CONTACT ARTIST FOR FURTHER DISCUSSION.
WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OR AN APPROPRIATE LICENSE PURCHASE, THE CLIENT IS NOT ALLOWED TO RESELL, REDISTRIBUTE OR EDIT ANY COMMISSIONED PRODUCT.
